What is Seva?
Service as Devotion
In the Vaishnava tradition, seva means selfless service offered to the Lord and His devotees. Every act of seva — however small — is a direct offering to Krishna.
“Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer or give away, and whatever austerities you perform — do that as an offering to Me.”
— Bhagavad Gita 9.27, Lord Krishna
